Free Cavity Wall & Loft Insulation for Landlords & Tenants

The Energy Saving Trust is currently offering all private landlords and tenants, free cavity wall and loft insulation and free or heavily subsidised external solid wall insulation. There is no limit to the number of properties that can be insulated, but this offer is only available until the end of December 2012.
