Housing Online
You will need:
- Your Person Reference number: this should be available on any recent correspondence in relation to the account and is a 6 digit number
- An active email address
If you do not know your person reference number please email RentAccountsOnline@cardiff.gov.uk providing your full name and address and we will forward your Person Reference number to you by post.
Housing Online allows you to:
- Check your account balances, including rent, former tenant and rechargable repair accounts
- Check your transactions
- Check your statement
- View your payment schedule
- Make a payment by debit or credit card
- View and update your personal information, such as contact numbers and email addresses
