Clos y Nant meaning 'close to the brook' is situated in the Fairwater area of Cardiff overlooking Fairwater Park. The scheme has 36 properties including studios, 1-bedroom flats and properties which are suitable for wheelchair users. The rear garden has two patios, and green-fingered residents are welcome to plant and look after their own garden areas.
A Scheme Manager is available during office hours from Monday - Friday to provide a friendly face and offer support and advice in an emergency. Each flat also has an alarm linked to the Cardiff Community Alarm Service offering 24hr support and reassurance.

The scheme is designed to cater for the needs of tenants aged 60+.
Tenants should be sufficiently able to live independently in their own flats, although they may arrange their own additional help (for example for cleaning or personal care) if necessary.
