Worcester Court

Worcester Court is situated in the Grangetown area of Cardiff.  The scheme has 33 self contained flats including 5 bedsits, 27 one-bedroom flats and 1 two-bedroom flat.

The scheme has a pleasant garden with seating area and a conservatory. Friends and family are welcome to stay overnight in the double-bedded guest room.

A Scheme Manager is available during office hours from Monday - Friday to ofer help with any problems, for instance if a repair is needed, and to offer support and advice in an emergency. Each flat also has an alarm linked to the Cardiff Community Alarm Service offering 24hr support and reassurance.


 

Scheme Criteria

The scheme is designed to cater for the needs of residents who are aged 60+. 

Applicants should be sufficiently able to live independently in their own home, but may arrange their own additional help and support if necessary (for instance to assist with cleaning or personal care).

Rent

There is a Scheme Manager available during office hours from Monday to Friday to help with any problems or queries. 

Who to contact if the Scheme Manager is not available

All flats at Worcester Court have an alarm which is linked to the Cardiff Community Alarm Service. Residents can use the alarm to summon help at any time (day or night). A mobile warden will visit if necessary.
